The Chamber of Thrift Banks (CTB) and Smart’s Voyager Innovation has signed a Collaboration Agreement that would help support BSP’s mandate and advocacy in pushing for electronic transactions in payments and banking to enable greater majority with broader access to finance, with transparency, efficiency, affordability and security across all market segments.
