Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Eulalio Diaz receives a token of appreciation from Chamber of Thrift Banks (CTB) and RCBC Savings Bank President Rommel Latinazo during CTB’s general membership meeting held recently at Makati Shangri-la Manila, where he shared and discussed the programs and reforms that the LRA is working on, particularly its Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP).
