Department of Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima receives a token of appreciation from Chamber of Thrift Banks (CTB) and HSBC Savings Bank President Patrick Cheng during CTB’s general membership meeting held at Mandarin Oriental Manila, where he encouraged the thrift bank industry to support entrepreneurship development in accordance with the Private-Public Partnership (PPP) programs of the government.
